This Breckenridge vacation condo is beautifully remodeled, modern and spacious, professionally decorated, light and airy, and shows pride of ownership. It provides an inspirational getaway! It is much larger than a motel family suite and can easily handle multiple families.

There are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen), and 3 full baths, plus a large loft upstairs. Also, the living room has a sleeper and the loft has a sleeper as well as a trundle bed that folds out and pops up to a king. On the first floor there's a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, etc. Provided are an eating area, a 25" TV with DVD & VCR, stereo with CD and tape, living room with a beautiful fireplace and a work desk with phone outlets (bring your laptop computer if you must!). Internet Access is via dialup (local AOL, monster, etc).

Also on the main floor are the master bedroom with king bed and private bath, one more bedroom, and a master bath. You can eat breakfast or watch humming birds on the outside balcony during the summer. Go up the spiral staircase to the large loft which overlooks the living room, and has its own TV with VCR and pillows for four more people. Its great  to send the kids up to the loft, because they love being up there and it can hold a whole lot of them! Also upstairs is another complete bedroom with private full bathroom, including a whirlpool tub (in case skiing got the best of you). There's a nice view of the peaks from up there.

The unit is right on the bus lines for the ski shuttles, with access to Breckenridge trolley and the Summit County STAGE bus line. There's an outdoor hot tub out the front window. (Note: the outdoor hot tub is operational in summer and winter, but not always in between seasons.
You can always use our upstairs whirlpool tub however!) 

There's indoor assigned heated parking for your car. There's a coin operated laundry room in the building. Linen service is provided by our agency once per week-long stay. If you desire additional linens or other services they can be arranged through our agency at extra cost.

SPECIAL  RATES BY THE OWNERS: 2010-2011 Season. All rates are per night except where noted. All taxes and cleaning fees are included with the minimum stay. 

 December 17 through January 1st    $430 per night
 January 2nd through February 18     $225
 February 19 through April 4             $290
 April 5 through May 4                      $130

 Summer and Off-season:
  May 5 through December 16          $130
 or special off-season weekly rate      $700/week <-GREAT RATE
 
 

TERMS
There is no sales tax or any other charges to be added to the rental amounts above for any stays over 4 nights.

These are special rates offered directly by the owner. We have chosen Breckenridge Accommodations to handle your check-in.

There is a 4 night minimum for the owner's rates above. Shorter stays are possible but there will be a single $120 cleaning charge for the trip added for stays less than 4 nights.

Check-in after 4PM, please checkout by 10AM.

A credit card will be used as security deposit by our agency Breckenridge Accommodations when you check-in.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
Stop at Breckenridge Lodging, also called Breckenridge Accomodations at 400 North Park Ave , which is located in the City Market complex, next to Wells Fargo, just as you are entering the town of Breckenridge. Coming into town on Highway 9 you'll enter a traffic circle, proceed right onto Park Avenue, then take the 1st left into the Strip mall with City Market in it.  If you're arriving after 9PM the office will be closed but you will be given instructions in advance to use the 24 hour check-in box outside their door. They’ll also give you a map to our condo, which is close by.

We hope you enjoy your stay! Warning: Colorado can be habit forming!
