We have giant oversized, overstuffed sofa and loveseat. The loveseat
has two independent rocking recliners built in! The sofa folds out into a
queen-size bed.
The room has oak southwestern tables, southwestern wall graphics, and indirect track lighting with dimmer. |

| The loft is visible from the 2-story high living room (yes, you can keep an eye on the kids). The sloped ceiling is a pleasing, open architecture. Also - easy access into the kitchen and the pivoted color TV and DVD. |  |

The 2-story fireplace with oak mantel and quarry tile adjoins a desk area with 8-foot high oak shelves. More on that later in the tour.. | |||||
| The 8 foot wide glass sliding door leads to a small balcony
overlooking expensive mountain homes and the city park. During the summer this
is where humming birds hover if you use a sugar-water feeder! Oh - and there's
almost no mosquitoes in Breckenridge during the summer. Imagine that. We don't
even use screens on the windows - there's no need to.
