There's a coin operated laundry in the building. It will take
quarters. How convenient is that?
There's also a "wood closet" in the garage. Use your key to our condo to get in and get more firewood if you need it. |

| The garage is heated and there is one inside dedicated stall for your car or mini-van. Warning: if you have a tall van or truck it might not fit under the door and you'll need to use outdoor parking. |  |

On the deck is a hot tub for spending the evenings loosening up.
It overlooks the city park. Use it in ski season or during July and August.
In summer use the picnic tables for a nice sunny afternoon lunch. In spring or summer just layout on the deck and catch the rays. Lot's of sun here in Colorado. Bring suntan lotion any time of year.... |
