We’ve been renting our unit to guests since
our first full remodel in 1996. (its been updated continually since
then). The following are some of the testimonials
we’ve received from our guests.
In recent years about 1/3 of our renters have been
repeaters – they’ve stayed in our condo multiple times. Some come back every
year and we really appreciate them and the way they take good care of our
“home away from home”.

We have been here for the last week, 5 people from Bermuda (but originally from Ireland and England) and one person from England. We have had a great time including major celebrations on St Patricks Day.
We thought the condo was great however we did miss not having a whistling kettle to make tea in the mornings. Stanley is great however. I do wish you could teach him to switch off the lamp at night.
All in all we had a great time and hope to be back again next year.

Once we decided to make something crazy. Jumping over the ocean and have a wonderful ski holiday.

All of us are from Bristol, England, bus some of us are working / living in the US. We all met up here to go skiing from a week. We’ve had lots of snow, great weather, and some good skiing at Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail. The hot tub is excellent to help with those aching muscles and bruises. The condo is really great – we love the breakfast bar, and the TV makes us laugh. Breckenridge is really nice place – lots of places to eat and drink. I’m sure some of us will be back!

The condo was perfect for us and close to Main Street (we walked via the “short cut steps” that led to The Bistro and The Blue Moose). … It sounds like you’ve been continually upgrading your condo – we would suggest some track lighting in the living room.

Fantastic – couldn’t ask for a more comfortable place to come home to after a day of skiing. Skiing was great. Sunshine everyday, but couldn’t you provide more snow for us? Like 8 inches of fresh powder in the mountains everyday?

There are six of us here this week, only two have been here before. Great condo, great location. Colorado is great. Five of us are from Sterling VA just outside of Wash DC. The other is from San Diego. What a difference.
We arrived to 7 feet of snow already here, made for great skiing. On Thursday it snowed another 4 inches, what a view of the mountains when it is snowing… Had a great time – definitely a place to return to…

The condo was superb and kept our group of six friends happy and comfortable for our stay. Snow conditions were great with 11” over two days. We are all from Southern Oklahoma and took advantage of the “NO RAIN” conditions to get out every night.

Thanks for the wonderful accommodations! We had a great time! Light snow 2 of the 4 days here just added to the winter wonderland! A walk to the park next door brought back many childhood memories of the sledding and playing in the snow with our dogs when growing up in New jersey. SUMMER GUEST COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Today we rented bikes and rode to Dillon thru Frisco and returned to Frisco for a great lunch at Tuscato restaurant. Excellent bike ride topped off with a great lunch. We decided not to tackle the uphill trip to Breck so we asked our boys to pick us up in our vans. Looking forward to the rest of our trip and to future visits in this area…. Thanks again.

This was our first summertime trip to Breckenridge, and we made the most of it. We used an agency, Bill Dvorak Kayak and Rafting Expeditions to plan most of our trip. Monday we rock climbed out by Brown’s Run on the Arkansas River, Wednesday we white water rafted through Royal Gorge, and Friday we rented mountain bikes at the base of Breck and took the lift up to the mountain trail. Needless to say, the boys had fun on their vacation. As far as dining, we had our best experience at Fatty’s Pizzeria and Mi Casa. All of us talked about the possibility of living here – permanently, and none of us want to leave. Hopefully this will become an annual thing.

We had a wonderful week at your condo in Breckenridge. Our 2 teenagers loved all the outside activities – hiking, biking, horseback riding, back-country jeep rides – so much to do! We had a great week our first time in Breckenridge. We did the Alpine slide two different times. The kids and adults loved it. We went horse back riding, rafting, bide riding, shopping. We went to Bubba Gumps (great), Pasta Pasta (twice), Mi Casa (really good) and Eric’s Underground. Would recommend all of them.
The condo was more than enough for us. The kids loved the loft and the trundle bed. Was great having the park so close too. We played tennis and volleyball there. Overall a great vacation and we’ll be back again some day. Thanks again

We had a wonderful time in this condo! We found this place on the internet and we just decided to try it. The seven of us fit great! We weren’t here a lot because we were sooo busy, but it was a great place to crash at night. We shopped at Breckenridge [smiley face drawn after the word “shopped”], mountain biked (at keystone and behind the condo), went whitewater rafting (performance Tours). Went to the Royal Gorge, went to Pikes Peak, went on the alpine slide on Peak 8 [Breckenridge], shopped some more (lots of stores in Silverthorne too!), ate at Bubba Gumps and Fatty’s (very good!)., and went to Denver to the US Mint and Coors tour in Golden. Everything was fantastic and highly recommended! Colorado is really beautiful and we don’t really want to leave. Thanks again for the wonderful condo!
PS: … We spent our 49th anniversary here. We enjoyed your place and the town very much.
